From New York Times bestselling author, Samantha Towle, comes a new standalone romantic comedy.

Vaughn West, Hollywood heartthrob, has been at the top of his game for years. He thinks he’s untouchable
until a betrayal brings him spiraling down. Now, everyone pities him, and if theres one thing Vaughn hates, its pity.

After a few months of working his way through every available actress, pop star, model, and waitress in California, Vaughn needs to get his life back on track and focus on what he does best
making hit movies.

Charlotte Michaels is in love. Just not with one person.
Louis Vuitton

Christian Dior

And the list goes on.

Sadly, Charly
s limited bank account doesn’t allow her those luxuries, and the closest she gets are lucky finds in charity shops and working closely with some of those names in her job as a wardrobe assistant.

Now, Charly has landed the mother of all jobs
working on the new Vaughn West movie. Excited doesn’t even cut it.

Only things don’t go as planned, and it turns out that Vaughn is actually a jerk. A hot jerk, but a jerk nonetheless.

So, why do their clothes keep falling off whenever they’re around each other? And why can’t Charly keep her mind in the closet and off Vaughn?

Getting mixed up with a smart-mouthed, fashion-obsessed wardrobe assistant is the last thing Vaughn needs.

Getting mixed up with an arrogant, self-centered, obnoxious, jumped-up actor who has a lack of respect for fashion is the last thing Charly needs.

Things are about to get hot, dirty, and messy in Hollywood. Very messy. Especially if Charly’s closely guarded secret falls out of her closet.

We're in Hollywood with Charly and Vaughn.
Charly just arrived to work on a film-set. She's a wardrobe assistant. What she really wants to be is a fashion designer, but this is the next best thing. And the bestest thing about it.... she'll be working with/for Hollywood superstar Vaughn West. She might have a little crush!

Poor Vaughn has been through a bit of a bad phase. Three months ago he found out - on live TV - that his best friend and his girlfriend were having an affair. He was more sad about losing his best friend than the girl, but it still hurt. And it hurt more because it was all happening live in front of the world.
After drinking and effing himself through all of Hollywood, he now has to get his act together again. To work with legendary director Brandon he has to be on top of his game.
And that means no sex until the movie is done!
Enter Charly.
The cute, and funny wardrobe girl.
Vaughn is instantly attracted - and annoyed. She annoys the hell out of him. Especially because the second they met she started to kill him with a needle - a needle in a place where no needle should ever tread!!!
But at the same time she turns him on like nothing and no one ever has before.
Too bad he can't start anything with her .... Or can he???
And what the about the secret Charly is hiding? Could it destroy the young love?

What will happen with Charly & Vaughn?
Will there be a HEA?

I really loved this book ...
I've always been a fan of Hollywood Romances. They're the next best thing to Rockstar Romances! ☺

We feel so sorry for poor Vaughn in the beginning.
And then once Charly appears in his life....things get so adorably funny and cute and sexy. I just loved those two together. They have insane chemistry. They fight and argue and flirt. It's amazing to watch them. Even though it might have been a tiny little bit too insta for my tastes. But then again, I love it when I don't have to wait 65% until the first sex scene! So it was totally ok. They just insta-clicked!

Of course with all that happened in Vaughn's life and with whatever happened in Charly's life - that we don't know about yet - they have a long way to go until we can ride of into a Happily Ever After sunset!

But we readers enjoy every moment of their journey!!

This really was the perfect book. It has everything a great story needs:
Lots of sparks, arguing, romance, love, hate, hope - and lots of funny and adorable & moving moments too!!!
I just loved it!

WARDROBE MALFUNCTION was such a beautiful & adorable & funny Hollywood romance. Run to your nearest amazon for your own Vaughn - this one is MINE - and by this one I mean the guy IN the book not the guy ON the book ☺!!!

If I had to name some things I didn't like ... we have this typical misunderstanding/lie/drama thing that happens in so many books towards the middle or the end again. It could've been prevented by just talking to each other. But they never do. It wasn't all that bad, but I just don't like those unnecessary drama moments in books.
Also - the book is set in America with American characters. The author is British and it shows in every page. But it's ok. Doesn't bother most people - just me - I'm weird that way! ☺

ARC received for an honest review

It has been a long time since I have read a Samantha Towle book, and now I am kicking myself for it being so long.

Plus, a movie star book is up there with rock star books for me... I guess I really love the unattainable!

Wardrobe Malfuction was a great way to get back into the ST saddle.  From the first awkward use of an unusual pin cushion right through to the end I was hooked.

I loved that it was not an insta-fall-into-bed kinds of deal, there was plenty of build up and lusty looks between them before they got that far.  The flirt, they fight, they really do have a long foreplay!

The story is sweet, sexy, funny and even though there is a bit of drama it is not OTT - though it could have been avoided if they talked to one another!

Vaughn and Charlie are just so adorable, and it gives us all hope that we could meet a movie star and have them fall irrevocably in love with us!

Now I need some of the secondary characters to get their story *cough cough Alex cough cough*

P.S. Ava & Gabe will get their own book BREAKING HOLLYWOOD (3 October 2017) ☺
