❅ Get Frosted (Christmas Falls #3) ❅ Amy Aislin ❅

For years, Mik has wanted nothing more than to put coal in Rudy Snow’s stocking.

As former pro hockey players, they’ve been rivals for years. It started in Mik’s rookie season, when a reporter pitted him against his older brother’s best friend. Rudy pushes Mik’s buttons like no one else, going out of his way to one-up him at every turn.

Now they’re both pub owners in a small town that takes Christmas to a level best seen in Hallmark movies, but not much else has changed. They’re still rivals, this time pitting gingerbread martinis against pomegranate sangria.

But when they’re forced to work together to plan a special holiday party, sparks ignite. Maybe it’s a bad idea to put coal in Rudy’s stocking after all. They both might just catch fire.

Then again, what better way is there to stay warm on a cold winter’s night?

Christmas Falls is a multi-author M/M romance series set in a small town that thrives on enough holiday charm to rival any Hallmark movie.

Cuuuuuuuuute!

I love Christmas books, will read them all year round.  Same with Christmas movies, as there is never enough time to watch them.

And add in hockey players - heck yes, let me at it!

I adored Mik and Rudy.  I loved how they just.. are. There is no silly miscommunications (other than that for the past decade, their pranking has been foreplay all along!).

Now, I haven't read any of the other books in the Christmas Falls world (yet - but I will, and yay for them being in KU, what a Christmas gift that is)  but that is OK, as we get to know the locals enough in Get Frosted, and it only makes me more excited to read the other books.

Frememies. Friends. Lovers.

That's what Mik and Rudy are, and I couldn't get enough of them.

Now, this Aussie wants to move to Christmas Falls and befriend everyone.

๐ŸŒธ Catherine Bybee ๐Ÿท THE WHOLE TIME ๐Ÿ‡ D'Angelos #4 ๐Ÿ’

THE WHOLE TIME
Catherine Bybee

• 14 November 2023
• standalone Romance
• Book #4 in the D'Angelos Series

★★★★★
4.5 Stars

From New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Catherine Bybee comes a tale of a strong-willed dancer exercising her independence and the rich biker she can’t let go.

Salena Barone has broken free of her family and moved into an apartment above the D’Angelo restaurant, where she works as a manager—without a husband, thank you very much. But even on a restaurant salary, she soon finds herself strapped for cash. Salena’s never been afraid of living on the wild side, though, so she takes on a side hustle that’ll raise big bucks…and eyebrows, if anyone finds out.

Tattooed biker Ryan is the youngest of the wealthy Rutledge wine family and has never dreamed of rings, forever, or continuing the family business. He’s perfectly happy living his own life and helping out hardworking folks in his own way.

When these two independent singles spot each other at a Rutledge-D’Angelo wedding, the attraction is instant. But as their friendship with benefits evolves into something more, the secrets Salena’s keeping—from family, friends, and Ryan—threaten the happily ever after she never knew she wanted.

Salena + Ryan

Salena is 26 and finally moving out of her parents' house. Not something that is done in an italian family if you're not about to get married. But Salena has to live her own life now. She's nowhere near ready to get married - she probably never will be.
Then she meets Ryan. He's her bestie's new sister-in-law's brother. She meets him at the wedding.
And Ryan is kinda the same as Salena. Not ready for anything serious.
But it is insta mega attraction on both sides.

Let the fun times begin...

Another super cute love story in this adorable series.
I love the whole family vibe and the sunday dinners and just everything.
Salena is not really family, but she lives in the D'Angelos' house and works in the restaurant - so she's as good as family.
But she's keeping a secret from everyone. People would not understand it!
And Ryan. Would he be okay with it? Probably not.
But we have a lot of adorable falling for each other moments to read through until we come to the slightly harder parts. ☺
I loved reading this.
Adorable. Sweet. Sparky. Sexy. Full of good food and wine and family and friends and all the things!

I so need to see this series on TV one day!

THE WHOLE TIME was such an adorable + fun + sweet + sparky + just beautiful romance - I loved it! Run to your nearest book dealer for your own Ryan - this one is mine!

Welcome back to Little Italy and the D'angelos.

I adored restaurant manager/friend to the D'Angelos through all the books. I love the way the D'angelo family adopted her as one of their own, and look out for her.

And we met Ryan previously - if you have read the previous books, you will remeber him as Emma's brother.

The spark and attraction is strong with them, but can they survive Salena's secret, or will it sour for them before they really start?

You will need to read to find that out, but you will want to read. The whole series is cute and adorable

I want to move into the apartment above D'Angelos, and have Mama feed me her cooking lol!

Was great to get more of the whole D'Angelo extended family and see where they are all at.

Ace hacker, former sex worker and vigilante Lexi Winter is now a cop and not keen to revisit her criminal past. But when old friends invoke the wrath of a local motorcycle club - the same club Lexi herself used to work for - she races to help them the only way she undercover.

If Lexi is to save a child's life, she is going to have to go back - back to a life she thought she had outrun. Back to the person she used to be. But her timing isn't great. A-freaking-mazing

These are just some of the things I said as I was reading Vendetta.

This series has quickly become a must read for me.

I knew this installment of the Lexi Winter series was going to be one that I would enjoy, but boy that was an understatement.

You will need to have read the first two books (Unforgiven and Retribution) to get the whole Lexi story (and believe me, you want to get the whoooole story).

The emotions I felt reading Vendetta, though, were unexpected.

I felt anger, hurt, disappointment.  All the things that Lexi was feeling as she embarked on this part of her story.

I don't want to give too much away, as this story is one you just need to immerse yourself in and just be there as everything unfolds.

In the words of Molly, do yourself a favour and buy this book, you won't be disappointed.
