A battle for control turns explosive as a beautiful con woman takes a bad-boy biker hostage in this edgy, seductive novel set in the world of Everything I Left Unsaid (“Toe-curlingly sensual.”Katy Evans) and The Truth About Him (“Absolutely one-click worthy”J. Kenner).

The only thing that matters to me is rescuing my sister from the drug-cooking cult that once enslaved us both. I’ve run cons my whole life, and I’ll use my body to get whatever I need. Max Daniels is the last connection I have to that world, the one person reckless enough to get involved. Besides, now that his brothers have turned on him, he needs me too.

The deal was supposed to be simple: a place to hide in exchange for rescuing my sister. Now he’s my prisoner. Totally at my mercy. But I’m the one captivated. Enthralled. Doing everything he asks of me until I’m not sure who’s in control.

We both crave the heat. The more it hurts, the better. But what if Max wants a different life now, to leave the game . . . to love me? I thought I knew better than to get burned. Now I’m in too deep to pull away. And the crazy thing is . . . I don’t want to.

If you're not suffering from Booksalzheimers, like I do, you should remember Max and Joan from the first 2 books. It's not necessary to have read them, but you should, because they were super-amazing!
Joan pretended to be a DEA agent living in the trailer park where our former heroine lived and Max is the brother of our last hero Dylan. The boss of a drug-dealing biker-gang.

Joan is of course not an agent. She's a sister. She's desperately looking for her little sis Jen. She left Jen in the hands of a drug-cooking cult almost a year ago, because she had to leave or be killed or have them kill Jen. Now she needs to get her sister out of there too. That's why she pretended to be an undercover agent working as a stripper in the club where the cult and biker people hang out and do their business.
She almost got the cult leader to tell her about her sister when all went to shit in the club.
She ended up running away with a half-dead biker-gang-boss as hostage.
Road-tripping him to her estranged nurse-aunt to Florida.

Max has been shot by his own 'brothers', who claimed that he's a mole or some other bad person wanting to hurt the club. And now he's in the hands of the crazy but beautiful stripper lady.

What will happen to Max & Joan/Olivia?
Will he help her find her sister?
Will there be a HEA?
Will everybody die at the end?

I'm not telling you that of course ☺

 ____________________________________________________

As I mentioned before, I didn't really remember who Joan and Max were, but once I read my review of the first books I started to remember the trailer park et cetera.

I absolutely loved the first book in this series and this one was just as great!
It was so very exciting and suspensy and cute and erotic and grrrr - we have a hot tattooed biker chained to a bed... what's not to love about that?☺

I had the feeling like I was right there with poor Joan in hot Florida planning to rescue her sister. Making sure Max is not dying on her.
We so want everything to turn out okay for Joan and Jen and Max. But a Happy Ending is not really all that probable for drug-dealing biker-gang guy, or is it?? ☺☺☺

Lots of exciting and sexy moments until we can get to our Happily Ever After...

BURN DOWN THE NIGHT was an extremely beautiful & erotic & exciting romantic suspense story. About two lonely people who might have finally found the one person in the world who could make them stop running.
Hurry to your nearest amazon to find out how Joan and Max will get to their HEA!!!

STALK MOLLY ON

Molly O'Keefe has always known she wanted to be a writer (except when she wanted to be a florist or a chef and the brief period of time when she considered being a cowgirl). And once she got her hands on some romances, she knew exactly what she wanted to write.

She published her first Harlequin romance at age 25 and hasn't looked back. She loves exploring every character's road towards happily ever after.

Originally from a small town outside of Chicago, she went to university in St. Louis where she met and fell in love with the editor of her school newspaper. They followed each other around the world for several years and finally got married and settled down in Toronto, Ontario. They welcomed their son into their family in 2006, and their daughter in 2008. When she's not at the park or cleaning up the toy room, Molly is working hard on her next novel, trying to exercise, stalking Tina Fey on the internet and dreaming of the day she can finish a cup of coffee without interruption.
