HGTV’s Property Brothers meets The Marriage Bargain in this second volume in the Billionaire Builders series, an all-new heart-wrenching and sexy contemporary romance from New York Times bestselling author Jennifer Probst.

When she was a teenger, Raven Bella Stratton’s father was killed in a horrible car crash. The bigger shock was the discovery of a woman with him
Diana Pierceand their two fully packed suitcases with airline tickets to Paris. Devastated by her fathers betrayal, Raven went to live with her aunt, never truly overcoming the traumatic event. When she discovers that the mysterious woman had a family with a husband and three boys, Raven vows to leave the memory of her father behind.

Until Dalton Pierce visits one night and suddenly her past challenges her future...

Leaving his life in California behind to run Pierce Construction with his two older brothers, Dalton Pierce has enjoyed returning home and studying his passion of woodworking. But when he visits the local bar with his brothers one evening, he’s immediately drawn to the smart-mouthed, badass, sexy bartender who sets his body on fire. Unfortunately, she doesn’t seem as intrigued by him, and his multiple advances are met with rejection. When he offers to restore the bar back to its original glory, he begins to work with her on a daily basis, and falls harder. His plan of seduction slowly weaves a web around them both, until they are caught up in the spell. But Dalton doesn’t know the secret that can either destroy them both...or finally mend two broken hearts.

Do we remember what happend in the first book? With the first brother?
The three boys' father just died and instead of leaving the family construction business to the son who has worked his ass off for the company, a lawyer tells them that all three sons need to run the company for one year - together, and make a profit?? And while doing that and fighting with his brothers Caleb fell in love with Morgan!

Now it's Dalton's turn.
He'll fall for the girl from the bar - we already met her.
What nobody knows is that she's the daughter of the guy who was in the car with Dalton's mom when they crashed and died.
And Raven's only goal up until now has been to get answers and revenge for the death of her beloved father.
But now there's this hot, adorable, not-scared-away-easily and very cocky wood-whisperer working to bring the wood in her bar back to life!

How can she resist that? Him. How can she still want revenge when those three boys have suffered just as much as she has? But she doesn't know that yet. She still thinks their mother is the wicked witch who destroyed everything....

I loved Raven & Dalton!

Raven comes across as this tough lady. But of course she's still all broken inside from her father's death and everything that happened after that. Or rather what she allowed to happen with her life after she lost her dad.
And Dalton is just the guy to heal her with his positive persona. He's so adorable. So in love with wood and he's hilarious in his flirting with Raven and fighting with his brothers. I almost fell off the couch when he said that he needs to listen to music while working - but only one kind of music - don't judge... BOYBANDS!!!! ☺☺☺☺ LOL!

I just loved this story. Those two are just perfect for each other!

They have a long way still to go until they can get their Happily Ever After, but they'll get there!!
We just hope all through the book that the fact that Raven hasn't told the Pierce brothers who she is, won't be too much for Dalton to take in the end!

And just like int he first book - the secret stars of the book were of course Cal's 2 HUGE Mastiff doggies. SOOO effing adorable!
They flunked out of military obedience school numerous times already! ☺☺☺

ANY PLACE, ANY TIME was the 2nd amazingly beautiful, moving, sexy, funny & adorable romance in this great series!
Run to your nearest amazon for your own sufer-boy-wood-whisperer! Because this one is MINE! ☺

Now I really want to read book #2.5 ... it will be about the family friend and architect Brady!!!

ARC received for an honest review

Any Time, Any Place carries on where Everywhere and Every Way ends, but could be read as a stand alone (but would you want to miss any of the builder hotness?)

We were kind of introduced to our leading lady in the first book , but just as the fiery bartender who doesn't want a bar of our Pierce boys.

Dalton is the youngest of the Pierce tribe, still feeling a little on the outer in business with his brothers, but finally settling back in to Harrington life.

Our lovelies are connected in the most devastating way, yet neither knows it - yet.  This leads to sparks and snark and unwanted lust.. or is it unwanted.

These two are both a little emotionally broken in their way.  I love they way that they bring each other out of the emotional barriers they have formed around themselves.  They are really quite perfect for each other - if they will let themselves be.

I love the banter between the brothers, but really, the stars of this series are Caleb's two unruly dogs, Balin and Gandalf.  They had me laughing out loud with some of their antics.

All through, I just hoped that Raven and Dalton would find their way to their HEA -though it is not going to be an easy journey.

This is a sweet an sexy and at times heart breaking story, and I read it in one day, I just had to know what happened next.

Can't wait for the next installments.
