Diana Dixon has a lot going on this summer. She’s rehearsing for a ballroom dance competition, juggling two jobs, and dealing with an ex-boyfriend who can’t take the hint it’s over. Yet despite all that, she still has plenty of time and energy to tell Shane Lindley to screw off.

Shane just moved into her apartment building and seems dedicated to sleeping his way through her entire cheerleading squad. Sure, he’s a tall, gorgeous hockey player, but he’s messing with her turf. This calls for some ground rules: no parties in her apartment, leave her teammates alone, and—most importantly—leave her alone.

What Diana doesn’t realize is that Shane’s sick of hookups and tired of being on the rebound after his long-term girlfriend called it quits. He wants a relationship. And when his ex comes back into the picture, he pretends he has one to make her jealous…and who better to play the girlfriend role than his sassy new neighbor?

Shane just moved into Diana's building. His parents bought him the apartment - Diana inherited hers from an aunt.

Diana hates serial-one-night-stand-er Shane - even though he's hot as hell.

Shane is very intrigued by this girl.

And he doesn't want to be that icky guy everyone thinks he is. He wants a real girlfriend. But nobody would ever believe him after the way he behaved this last year.

I just loved how this book almost doesn't have any hockey in it. It's the summer - so no hockey - yay! 

I loved reding this. It was adorable and sweet and so funny and collegy and ... Ballroom Dancy - just great.

I kinda hated on Diana a tiny bit here and there in the beginning. She is so not nice to our darling Shane!

But of course it won't take him long to make her like him... at least we hope!

This was a super sweet and funny and sexy new adult romance with some super heavy parts too. Those part added some angsty suspense and lots of tears.

I really enjoyed reading this. I didn't even mind the bit of hockey we got. LOL.

Can't wait to see who of all the people we'll get in the next book!
