🏳️‍🌈 The Science of Attraction (Mackenzie Country #3) 🏳️‍🌈 Jay Hogan 🏳️‍🌈

I am Mackenzie Country born and bred. Farming the high country runs in my blood, like my father, and his father, and his grandfather before him. My future has been mapped out for me since the day I was born. Or at least it was, until Liam Skelton walks onto Lane Station, lights a fire in my heart, and turns my whole world upside down.

Bossy, tatted, and out and proud, Liam is everything my father abhors.
And I want him.
Badly.

But having a chance with Liam means risking everything. My family. My future. And my life in these mountains that I love.
Still, the heart wants what it wants, and mine wants Liam.

With so many things against us, maybe we don't have a chance.
Maybe we'll crash and burn.
Or maybe we’ll find a way to have it all.

A friend said to me recently, "Big heart, less baggage", and I have taken that right on board. You just need to leave all the bad behind you and move forward.

That is what our lovely Julian (Jules) does in The Science of Attraction.
Oh, how I adore Jules and Liam. I love how they fight their attraction. I love how they feed that attraction. And I love how they stand up for each other, whenever, whereever needed (aaaand now I am singing Shakira haha).

Hogan's storytelling will have you feeling like you are right there in Mackenzie country, smelling the crisp, wintery air (I mean, is it really fresh country air when it smells like sheep? haha)

It was great to get more of the characters from the first two books, but most of all it was wonderful to see attitudes change and familial bonds start to heal.

Thouroughly enjoyed reading this book.
