From the New York Times Bestselling authors of Stuck-Up Suit and Mister Moneybags, comes a sexy new standalone novel.
Dear Bridget,
I’m writing this letter because it’s highly doubtful I’ll ever garner the courage to say this to your face.
So, here goes.
We’re totally wrong for each other. You’re the proper single mum with a good head on your shoulders. I’m just the carefree British doctor passing through town and temporarily living in your converted garage until I head back to England.
But here’s the thing… for some bloody reason, I can’t stop thinking about you in very inappropriate ways.
I want you.
The only reason I’m even admitting all of this to you right now is because I don’t believe it’s one-sided. I notice your eyes when you look at me, too. And as crass as I appear when we’re joking around about sex, my attraction to you is not a joke.
So, what’s the purpose of this note? I guess it’s a reminder that we’re adults, that sex is healthy and natural, and that you can find me just through the door past the kitchen. More specifically, it’s to let you know that I’m leaving said door cracked open from now on in case you’d like to visit me in the middle of the night sometime.
No questions asked.
Think about it.
Or don’t.
Whatever you choose.
It’s doubtful I’ll even end up sliding this letter under your door anyway.
--Simon
Bridget is a 33 year old single mom to 8 year old Brendan.
She's an ER nurse and working long shifts to make enough money.
Time to rent out the little apartment in her house.
Enter Simon!
29 year old hottie doc from England.
He's constantly flirting with her and charming her with his sexy accent.
But he'll be going back to England soon and he can't start something with a mom. He doesn't want to hurt anyone when he has to leave again. And of course, typical male that he is, he's afraid to fall in love with Bridget and Brendan.
And Bridget - she's not yet ready to date again ... or is she? But she doesn't want her son to get too attached to Simon ... he'll leave soon!

Awwww this was soo adorable and funny!
And of course a bit moving and sad and exciting too!
But mostly it was hilarious! You can't help but laugh out loud as soon as Simon opens his mouth. What comes out of that naughty mouth .... hilarious!
But he's also an amazing doctor and just such an amazingly nice person. I loved him. Just like I loved Bridget and Brendan!
We have this instant attraction on both sides, but both are scared to start something serious - for different reasons. But sometimes you have to risk something .... will our two darlings do that??? Who knows. ☺ And the past is also not yet finished with either of them - so we might have a long way to go until we'll get our happily ever after!
BUT - we love every single moment of that journey!
Amazing romance! I wouldn't mind seeing it on tv one day ☺☺☺
If I had to name some things I didn't like? Just some tiny little things. Don't worry. Nothing bad - I LOVED the book!
The way Vi & Penelope mention that Bridget's a widow? It was just thrown in there - not even a new paragraph. Just plob. That felt way too heartless! I know it's ok to write it like that when the dead hubby was a bad guy - then it's totally ok when we talk about him a bit negatively, but we don't know in the beginning of the book if he was an amazing guy or a criminal or a wife beater or whatever - so, for me, it felt heartless whenever he was mentioned.
Also - the english-ness is sometimes a bit too exaggerated and sometimes forgotten. Simon sometimes speaks way too british and then - as if the authors forgot he was british - they let him use way too many american words and expressions - and not on purpose :/
Another tiny thing. I missed Simon meeting Brendan in the beginning. I would've loved to be there for that. I loved all those later moments between them. But still - amazing book!!!! ☺

ARC received for an honest review
Woohoo another Ward/Keeland collaboration has hit my Kindle! They are one of the duos whom I would read if I was
And as with the previous books from this duo, we are in for a fun ride.
And I was "hooked" right from the start.
Bridget and Simon's story is sweet and cute and adorable and funny. Some of the things that come out of Simon's mouth had me laughing out loud.
Bridget is a kind of wonder woman. Single mum, working full time, selfless in so many ways.
From them moment they met (which had me snorting) I couldn't help but want them together. There was just something about them that made me need them getting hot and heavy! The UST is off the charts with this pair!
If you have read any of these ladies previous collaborations, you will know that there is always a big da da duuuuum WTH moment. I knew this going in, I was expecting it, I thought I knew what it was going to be.
But damn, ladies! I wasn't expecting that!!!
Dear Bridget, I Want You has a bit of everything, and I am now impatiently waiting to see what they bring us next!
