Synopsis

Double Full starts with a bang – and what a bang it is!! This is my first full m/m book I have read and I am definitely going to be reading more.
Colt and Jace have been on the periphery of each others lives for years, both attracted to the other but neither of them did anything about it. Jace is the out and proud cheerleader, Colt is the deep-in-the-closet football star.
When Colt finally makes that move, it starts a romance that neither of them ever expected.
After a whirlwind holiday, things are looking great for them, until interference from Colt's father separates them, seemingly for good. Colt is a star quarterback, ready for the NFL draft. Football is still not OK with homosexuality, so to protect Colt's career (and his own financial gain) his father threatens to hurt Jace if Colt sees him again :(

Double full had my emotions all over the place. I was happy, I was sad, I was angry, I was heartbroken, I was happy, I was relieved, I was sad again. There were "woo hoo" moments, there were "WTF" moments. I cannot confirm nor deny that there was some
Kindle Alexander has written such a wonderful love story. I was completely drawn in from the first page, and could not put the book down until I was finished.
I love Colt! I love Jace! I need more!! This is the first book in a series, but there is no cliffhanger.
"I just know what it’s like to have to deal with a heart broken by you…” Jace said quietly, looking over at Colt with deep, unguarded pain in his eyes. God, he hated that look.
This was the first Kindle Alexander book I have read, but it will definitely not be the last.

I tragically lost my sixteen year old daughter to a drunk driver. She had just been at home, it was early in the night and I heard the accident happen. I’ll never forget that moment. The sirens were immediate and something inside me just knew. I left my house, drove straight to the accident on nothing more than instinct. I got to be there when my little girl died – weirdly, I consider that a true gift from above. She didn’t have to be alone.
That time in my life was terrible. It’s everything you think it would be times about a billion. I love that kid. I loved being her mother and I loved watching her grow into this incredibly beautiful person, both inside and out. She was such a gift to me. To have it all ripped away so suddenly broke me.
Her name was Kindle. Honest to goodness – it was her name and she died a few weeks before Amazon released their brand new Kindle ereader. She had no idea it was coming out and she would have finally gotten her name on something! Try finding a ruler with the name Kindle on it.. it never happened.
Through the course of that crippling event I was lucky enough to meet my writing partner. I would have never gotten through those dark days without her unwavering support and guidance. There wasn’t a time she wasn’t there for me. For the first time I used the hand offered. I know without question I wouldn’t be here today without her. It takes a special person to come stand beside someone at a time like that. I will love her forever. I could go on and on about both of them, but I won’t and now you know a little more About Me.
