At the end of Need for Speed, our lovelies were at a cross roads. Solo and Panther sure do know now to have a coming out party. I don't want to give anything away, however I love what happens at the start of this book.
Where can their relationship go? What is in store for them at the end of their "Top Gun" course?
For that you are going to have to read for yourself!
I also may or may not have had a tear in my eye as I was reading. This cannot be confirmed nor denied by me though lol
I loved being taken along with them as they forge their new relationship, dealing with outside influences, team mates, perceptions.
Throughout it all, I just adore Panther and Solo. Panther comes out of his shell, Solo seems to mature so much - he wasn't really childish before (penises in the sky excepted) however his mouth was!
Sweet, sexy, fun and flirty, this made me want to watch Top Gun (even though I still haven't forgiven them for Goose, and can not stand Tom Cruise!)
I would not say no to more of these characters in the future.

We start right where we left Solo & Panther in book #2.
They're about to walk into the Gala ... as a couple. In front of all those important military guys - and Panther's dad.
And after that we're trying to not screw up this new relationship - and even make a real serious permanent one out of it.
But what about their jobs once this whole Elite thing is over?? They'll probably end up thousands of miles apart ...😰
