That was ... beautiful.
Still with lots of tears and sadness and grief. But also so much more hope and love and adorable children and a dog. I loved reading this.
I wanted so badly for Max to finally find his final happy end.
And Melanie too. We remember her from The Spider & The Storm! She deserves all the good things too.
