Every time a new Kim Karr book arrives on my kindle, I'm totally excited.
You never know where the story will take you, you just know that it will most likely be amazing!
And Keen & Maggie May ... soo cute!
We have this amazing insta-attraction that neither of them can and wants to fight.
And then we have an amazingly sexy time...but then....
Keen has some huge problems at work to get through and he's not dealing with it in a good way. He just can't call Maggie back. He's too busy wallowing in his misery.
But that's stopping once his buddy and brother drag him back to California!
And now poor Maggie has to work with the guy she hates so much. Ok, she kinda love-lusts him, but she really hates him for not contacting her for weeeeks!
Let the fun times begin! ☺
Of course we all know that it won't take Keen long to convince her to give him another chance.
But she will definitely not fall for him - and he's not falling for her either.
But they kind of are, they just don't notice it.... Idiots. ☺☺☺
I really enjoyed the story.
Now it kind of makes sense what I've complained a bit about in the last book. All the people we were introduced to in No Pants. Now it's their time to tell the story, and we'll get to hear Brooklyn's story next! ☺
I loved Keen and Maggie.
Keen is not the perfect billionaire we so often get.
He's a sad, broken, slightly gambling addicted former broker. But with the help of his friend and brother he can now start his life over. And with a bit of luck he can also get the girl of his dreams!

Funny, adorable, and very sexy!!
Of course it's not all sunny-happy-happy-sexy. Both have some baggage. But the reader has a great time watching them fight for their Happy End!
It might have even been a tad too drama-free - I personally like that, I HATE unnecessary drama, but some readers might be a bit bored... It was a great little romance. Nothing mega-dramatic and suspensy is happening. But I did shed some tears here and there. It's really not as bad as I just said - really not. I loved it - I just missed a tiny little bit of excitement! ....

I am not going to lie, it took me a while to remember who these characters were -which has nothing to do with the book, but due to the fact that I read so many books! Once I was in there though, it all come flooding back, and I remembered how I wanted Maggie and Brooklyn to have a thing.
I love the sight of a new Kim Karr book on my kindle in the morning!
Well, Maggie is in the picture but it is Brooklyn's brother Keen who is her leading man.
I adored this pair, I loved that it is not an insta-love with them (thank goodness, I am soooo not a fan!). From a promising start to radio silence, I could feel Maggie's hurt, her anger, her despondency.
I liked that Keen wasn't our usual millionaire with the perfect life. He is flawed, his life is a mess, but through it all his heart is still with Maggie - even when he effs things up there was still care.
But what woman with a pulse could resist Keen when he puts everything into setting things right. I liked that Maggie didn't immediately forgive and fall back into his bed. She made him fight for her - no matter how much she did/didn't want him to!
But you will have to read for yourself if you want to find out if he succeeds!
I loved that we go more of Makayla and Cam from No Pants Required, and there was something with Maggie and Brooklyn that had me giggling. I adore the banter between all the friends.
Bedwrecker is a sweet and sexy and fun romance about 2 adorable people who were not looking for love, but it slapped them in the face anyway.
Now I am really looking forward to Brooklyn's story!
