Last
years's Nine Month Contract was a big hit in this household, so I was
looking forward to Seven Year Itch. Whilst I didn't laugh out loud like I
did with NMC, I did enjoy the enemies-to-lovers story of Calder and
Dakota.
The cat-dad and the divorcee, who is trying to get her groove back.
Seven
years of snark and banter between them means things are going to heat
up. This book is a lot spicier than Nine Month Contract, but then,
Calder has always been the one that was out there doing his thing.
I
did get frustrated with our lovelies, especially Dakota, and how all of
this stemmed from a miscommunication all that time ago. But then again,
all those years of foreplay...
I enjoyed seeing more of the characters from the previous Fletcher brothers, seeing them all grown up.
Now I NEED Luke's book, stat!
