The Fisher Cats defenseman is conscious and in stable condition following a seizure that occurred during the recent game against Buffalo.

Updates indicate that while still hospitalized, he’s hopeful for a quick return to the ice.

The incident raises serious questions after referee August Manning was spotted in the same hospital shortly after Arents was admitted.

Recent rumors have swirled around Arents’ involvement with someone within the league. Could Manning be the mystery man?

A credible source claims the two are engaged. “He has been so doting! He’s barely left Nico’s side.”

Tongue are wagging as their off-ice involvement throws Manning’s on-ice impartiality into question.

How will the league react? Thus far, they have declined to comment but given the new Code of Conduct, there will be some tough questions to answer for these men to keep their romance and their careers.

I adored The Husband Game, but this here? The Head Game? This upped the level so, so much.

In The Husband Game, Nico is the lovable, egotistical guy that should have come across as a right jerk, but you couldn't help but fall under his spell.

I was expecting that, but Nico is so much more.

The story took me on a wave of emotions, not sure what I was really expecting.  The relationship dynamic was not one that I had read before - I mean, the waking up engaged a la While You Were Sleeping is not a new thing, but Nico and Auggie's story also took some turns I was not really expecting.

The growth in Nico and Charlie (from The Husband Game) relationship i wonderful, and Nico and Auggie's relationship grows beautifully.

𝄠 cues up The Bodyguard soundtrack and clears throat 𝄠 

Who doesn't love a falling for the bodyguard story? Add in that she doesn't know he is the bodyguard? Loooove it.

So, I am new to the series, so I wasn't up to date with all the relationships, however this did not affect my reading.

I adored how, once things were out in the open, Jane and Hendrick's friendship grew, how they have complete trust in each other, and how things blossomed into more. 

There was a mystery going on throughout the story, and it had me guessing a few times who it might have been - not knowing the background from the other stories threw a few more possibilities at me than readers of the whole series would have had, but that was fun to work through.

Cute, adorable story that has me wanting to go back and read the previous books - and go watch me some Kevin Costner bodyguarding.

It is always a sad day when a series comes to an end.

But when the authors do the series justice by giving us a story like Justice 

Dev and Cash's story was never going to be an easy one. But in the words of Theodore "Ted" Logan... woah!

Truths learned, lies revealed. So many twists and turns! You are left on the edge of your seat (or bed, or couch) as you turn each page.

It is a romance, so you know that Cash and Dev are going to get their HEA, but man, Dev gave me whiplash at times - and I loved every second of it.

There are hints at another story to come, which I am really, really looking forward to.

I also hope we get snippets of Cash, Dev and the kidlets in the future.

You might remember parts of it from a short stoy that was published in an anthology a while back. It made me crazy in the beginning that I didn't know why I remembered bits and pieces! LOL!

I loved the whole beachy holiday vibe in the first half. And then we're back in New York in their normal lives as teachers.. And the enemies to lovers thingy is always cute and funny. Plus we get lots of Thatch moments!

I just adored this book.

Can't wait to read the next one about people we already met!

Again I'm asking myself: How are none of Max Monroe's books streaming their behinds off on Netflix yet?? The world is a weird and sad place!
