He needs an image makeover, she needs a mojo upgrade. A new lessons-in-seduction hockey romance from Wall Street Journal bestselling author Sarina Bowen.

After I’m arrested for throwing a raucous party, my hockey team says I have an image problem. And I need to fix it, stat.

Charity work? Check. Haircut? Sure. But I draw the line at hiring my neighbor to style me. In the first place “style” shouldn’t be a verb. And I’m tired of people who’d judge me on appearances.

Vera and I don’t see eye to eye on anything. She wants me to try on clothes, while I just want to remove hers. She's distractingly pretty, with soulful eyes and a sinful mouth that likes to argue with me.

But when management threatens my summer vacation, I grudgingly agree to Vera’s unusual proposal: she’ll give me an image makeover. But in return, she wants lessons in the art of seduction.

It sounds a little nutty, but I know a good opening when I hear it. Besides, it’s not like I’ll ever fall for her

More time in Sarina's hockey land? Yes Please!

I liked that Ian and Vera at first didn't know what to do with each other. Sure, they were both attracted, but sure they didn't like each other so much either.

Which leads to lots of sexy banter..... and then sexy times!

Now, every time I read Ian's surname - Crikey - I read it in Steve Irwin's voice hahah

Naughty neighbours are the way to be with this pair, add in a summer trip with her friends/his teammates and sexiness ensues.

I really enjoyed Love Lessons, it was fun, flirty and easy read.  I hope we get more in the series in the future.

Vera + Ian

Ian's last hockey season wasn't his best. Plus he was just arrested for throwing a too wild party in his house. The team is not amused! He needs to clean up his act. His person. His hair and clothes.
Enter Vera. His new neighbor and a professional stylist. Also friend to his teammates and their wives. That's why she's not only about to give him a make-over - she'll also be going on the trip to Italy with all their friends.
And she might be interested in some private lessons in exchange for her stylist services...

LET THE FUN TIMES BEGIN!

Another super adorable + funny + sexy + vacation-y hockey love story!
As you might know I'm not a hockey fan ... but I love Sarina's books and this was not very hockeyish so I loved it even more!

I just adored Ian and Vera. They are so not a match made in heaven, but they're also so perfect for each other!
I loved the banter and the Italy moments and the shopping and the other players and the girls...
We also have a few serious moments.
I loved it all.

Still asking myself why Netflix hasn't knocked on Sarina's door yet??
Does it already have an amazingly funny and sexy Hockey Romance series? NO, it does not!

LOVE LESSONS was the most adorable + funny + sparky + vacationy + sweet + fashiony not-very-Hockeyy-Hockey Romance! Run to your nearest amazon for your own Ian - this one is MINE!
