✪ Porter (Dick Dynasty #1) ✪ David Michael ✪

Cameras dont catch all of the action

Porter Hale is a sex godThe Prince of Porn with dreams of grandeur.
When he meets Holly Nash, the biggest casting director in Hollywood, the doors to his future are thrown open.
Just one problem: She loathes porn.
Porter is walking into Hollys world and the price of admission is higher than either of them could have guessed.
As sparks fly and passions blaze into something wild, they are forced to accept that someone will have to sacrifice their dreams or risk their lovers heart.
When dreams collide, the aftermath can be messy.

ARC received from the author for an honest review

David Michael is a new to me author, however after reading Porter, I will definitely be going back to read more.

So, a romance about a porn star? How is that going to work you ask? Well, I have to say, it worked really well.

Porter, Parker and Preston Hale - brothers and porn stars - The Dick Dynasty.

At first I thought Porter was a bit of a dick - no pun intended - but as the story progressed, his heart really starts to shine through.

He does not make such a great impression on Holly, but she sure makes one on him!

This is a great description of "judging a book by it's cover". Assumptions are made and it is great as we watch these assumptions shatter as they get to know each other more.

I adored the relationship that Porter has with his family - you would think that with the industry they are in that they would be quite dysfunctional, but that could not be further from the truth. Porter is kind of the patriarch of the "dick dynasty"

I loved the banter between Porter and Holly, and even more so between Holly, Porter and her two best friends, Becks and Mitch. OMG hilarious! Becks and Mitch need to get a book of their own!

Besides the fun and laughter and sexy times (and there are some ssseeeeexxy times), Porter also has a bit of a darker storyline that will continue in the rest of the series.

Yes, this does end on a cliffhanger, but we will have the next book before the end of the year.

I look forward to reading Parker and
Preston's stories.

David Michael, author of The United Series, is a self-proclaimed crazy cat lady, a hater of snow, a lover of Star Trek and has an addiction to coffee that is excessive even for an author.

He lives in
Salt Lake City where he is currently majoring in Psychology, working a "big boy" job, and writing full time. He shares a living space with his best friend, idolizes his mother, and has a strange knack for making friends with people on the other side of the planet instead of his own back yard.
