Instinct told him to get her out of the poor excuse for a sex club

Cassie

Shes willing to give him the space he thinks he needs to get his head straight, but when divorce papers arrive, she realizes shes out of time. ARC Received for an honest review

Firstly, here - if you are anything like me, you are going to need some of these.

This is the second book in the Vault of Sin series but you could read it as a standalone - though why you would want to miss out on any of the goodness that is an Eden Summers book...

We met Tate Jackson - TJ - in A Shot of Sin, and knew something was going on with him, but man oh man were things going on.

Right from the very start, this is what Ms Summers did to me.
TJ and his wife Cassie are having some marital troubles.  When TJ decides to take things into his own hands, he breaks his wife's heart - and his own.

Gah!  I wanted to scream at T.J to stop being an idiot, to talk to Cassie, to make things right.  There was just so much sadness, a sense of resignation surrounding TJ, you know he is going to keep moping around, never making things right.

I cheered as Cassie decided enough was enough, and worked on getting T.J see what an idiot he was being.

For every glimmer of hope Ms Summers gives us, she breaks our hearts twice.  Oh my goodness, there were times when I just couldn't read through my tears.  This story just got to me in a big way and I just could not put it down once I started it.

I loved how we got more of Leo and Shay and where their relationship is at (from book 1) and I think i just love Brute more and more every scene he is in.

I can't wait for Brute's book - it is going to be a lot of fun on the ride to find the lady who brings him to his knees!

With each and every book, Ms Summers makes me fall more and more in love with her characters.

And I can't wait to see what she brings us next.

Hi, I'm Eden Summers

I'm an Aussie author who's been typing my daydreams since 2011. I have an extremely busy life, but never seem to leave the couch. I have a mouth full of sarcasm but very few social event to use it to my advantage. And I absolutely love my life and the three males that control it - two sons and a quick-witted husband.

I've been an avid romance reader for years, giving my heart out like a hussy to every fictional hero imaginable. Eventually, I got to the point where I thought, 'What better way to claim these heroes than to write some of my own?' So I did.

I believe laughter is the best medicine, reading is the perfect escapism, love is the most important thing in the world, and giving that to someone through the pages of a book is the perfect career for me.
